Chennai Hotel

Good value, well-maintained 3 star hotel. Very very helpful staff, well-kept and beautifully maintained rooms with all facilities for a business traveller, a setup plus AC. Costs usd 1756.

Proximity to iit

Bathroom was always wet because of very short shower curtain; toilet did not flush; limited tv channels, very poor and insufficinet in-room coffee/tea selection. Room checkout process was very slow

The meals here are amazing with a wide variety of delicious food, the rooms are well-kept and have all the necessary amenities for a business traveler, and the staff is helpful and works efficiently.

The hotel is clean. Good hospitality is seen.

The transportation is not as good as in city. It needs prior booking of about 30 minutes before travel.

This hotel offers great value for money with room rates that won't break the bank. The staff provide excellent service with attention to detail that business travelers will appreciate. The hotel's location just behind the Ramanujam IT park is very convenient.

No negative aspects to report, everything was fine.

The view from Ginger Chennai is good if one is a nature lover.

Service personal not very trained in serving people well. The room I stayed at was very dingy and dark (very uncomfortable to sleep). The gym and internet facility was not great. The price was too high for a 1 day stay for the facilities you offered. The light went many times and backup was not automatic (took time to come up). Light tripped so had to stay without light for long (not great at all).

This Rooms were clean n comfortable.n the price was reasonable.

Sometimes the water in the WC was dirty n the hotel staff respond a lil slow.

The hotel was clean and had a comfortable location near the airport, making our 4-day stay in the city really enjoyable.

They have a day rate option in the no-frills hotel, probably the most value for money hotel I have stayed so far

I reported to check in by 9.30 pm on 1st feb. Room was not ready even after being informed in advance. It took 45 mins to get my room. This was iritating experience

Convenient location near IIT campus, good breakfast, and helpful staff in the hotel.

Everything great.

It is in the 11th floor and gives you a good visibility of Greenery in Chennai but you can see this only from the balcony of the reception, the room we stayed in was closed from all sides and had a small window opening into the passage area.

It took 45 minutes to check in, the curtain fell of when we went in and the support staff is asking why do you need a curtain - There is absolutely no customer service in the front office
